Product Review; Hydrofeet

As some of you may already know, I have had severe back pain since an injury occurring nearly 13 years ago. It's not a fun thing to live with, as you can imagine. I have tried all sorts of different things in hopes that I find some relief, or at least something that seems to not aggravate it! So, when I saw an opportunity to review some shoe insoles, I was in!

They are not the typical insoles you find at the drug store though. Hydrofeet insoles are filled with a vegetable based, pharmaceutical grade, FDA approved glycerin. This liquid technology offers a "walking on water" feel. The company states these insoles can give relief to individuals suffering from poor circulation, Planter Fasciitis, hip pain, corns/calluses, Morton's Neuroma, sore/tired feet, Peripheral Neuropathy, heel pain, knee pain and...yes, back pain! Ok, so after knowing all of this, I was so ready to try these bad boys out!!!

I was definitely intrigued when I took them out of the package! You can feel the water-like substance inside the insoles. You order the size to fit you, within a certain range...For example, mine are "Medium", fitting woman's shoe size 8.5-10. You can trim them a little if needed, there are instructions to do so, however mine fit just fine as they were, and I wear about a size 9. They are also unisex and they offer a chart in which to find your correct size. So, I grabbed my favorite pair of sneakers and put the Hydrofeet insoles in. They went in easily and can be removed easily too, to put in another pair as needed. So, now this was the moment of truth....How did they feel??

It really felt very different, in a good way! You can feel the water under your feet and it did seem to cushion my feet well and helps distribute weight well as you walk. I felt a lot of arch support too. I decided to take a little walk around the mall today to really test them out. I felt like they were very good for my feet during the entire day. I am looking forward to wearing these more to see if I can really feel some benefits from them, especially on my back. If they can help eliminate some back pain, I will be thrilled! I am also excited to try them out in some heels or other dress shoes to see if they can make being beautiful less painful!
