Product Review; Forever Flex Exercise Ball

I try to live a healthy lifestyle, including exercising. I have a bad back injury however, so there are a lot of physical things that cause me more pain. So, I'm a bit limited when it comes to my exercising routine. In the past, I had really liked using these type of exercise balls during physical therapy, so I thought I would try one for home-use. This one from Live Infinity is a really nice option!

The first thing I noticed is that it is very durable and strong. If you are going to be putting all, or most of your weight on a fitness ball, you want to make sure it is strong. This one can support over 2200 lbs.! It is made with professional grade PVC material, extensive testing, and a unique anti-burst design. This provides for the highest quality exercise balls available on the market! It can withstand up to a 2cm cut with out explosively deflating. It arrives deflated for easy shipping of course, but it comes with the hand air pump to inflate it. It was really easy to blow up, taking me less than 3 minutes.

It can be used as part of a pilates program or for yoga. Fitness balls can also improve your core and overall strength. Perfect for pilates, yoga, crossfit or hundreds of other low impact exercises. I am enjoying using this fitness ball. So far in the two weeks I have used it, it has not made my back pain flare up. I actually hope with more long term use, it will improve my pain levels. As seen in this photo below, I can get a really good stretch for my lower back using this ball.

If you are looking for something to add to your home gym or work out routine, you should really give one of these exercise balls a try!
