Product Review; Lumbar Lower Back Support Brace

It is no secret. I have talked about it several times on my blog. I have severe pain in my lower back due to herniated discs and disc degeneration. I have had this condition for 13 years now, so in that time, I have tried many things to help minimize my pain. I am not one who likes to pop a bunch of pills either, so something more natural is always a better option for me. This product is designed to support your lower back muscles, strengthen the loosened muscles, align your posture, and reduce the muscle inflammation and pain.

I was happy to try this lumbar back brace. It offers great support, yet I can still have some movement. It is pretty comfortable to wear and easy to adjust to the perfect tightness or tension you desire. It is made really well. Seems to be very durable and with good quality material. I have worn this several times now and it does offer some pain relief. What sets this support belt apart from others are the tourmaline stones and magnets in it. These stones and magnets transmit heat to your knotted and strained muscles.
This can be beneficial for people even without major back problems. If you do a lot of bending, perhaps at work, this can offer support. You can wear it during your workouts too, to make sure your back is protected from injury or strain. Maybe you are a new mom, perhaps you had a C-section...this can offer some wonderful support while you are healing. This support belt can be worn by men or woman, and comes in sizes from small all the way up to XXXL.

If you have back problems or feel that some extra support would be beneficial for you, check out this Lumbar Lower Back Support Brace.
